Step 1: Unplug and cool
Disconnect the controller and let the blanket cool completely.
Step 2: Remove the panels
Unzip and take out the heating panel and the lavender panel.
Step 3: Wash the cover
Wash the faux-fur cover cold on a gentle cycle.
Step 4: Dry fully
Air dry completely before re-inserting the panels.

Yes — remove the heating and lavender panels and wash the cover on its own, cold and gentle. Never wash the heating panel.
Does the lavender scent fade?
Natural lavender softens over time. The panel is removable so it stays out of the wash.
Does it switch itself off?
Yes. Set the auto shut-off anywhere from 1 to 10 hours.
Can I return it?
Yes. If it isn't right, start a return from your order history within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unwashed and in their original condition. EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel.
